Combining Burgundian tradition with Oregon’s dynamic terroir, they craft elegant, site-driven Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from some of the Willamette Valley’s most exceptional vineyards. With a deep respect for organic and biodynamic farming, Nicolas-Jay focuses on low-intervention winemaking to let each vineyard’s character shine, producing wines with purity, balance, and age-worthy complexity.

Come join us for an evening exploring a selection of these wines with Kevin Schlachter of Nicolas-Jay. We will pour 4 wines from Nicolas-Jay and slip in a selection from Méo-Camuzet to draw a parallel to the area of inspiration. In addition to the Nicolas-Jay wines tasted tonight, we will also have a limited selection of highly allocated Méo-Camuzet wines available for purchase (only offered to those in attendance).
